FX3 Surface Protectant provides premium abrasion resistance and superior stain repellancy. The attached IXPE underlayment absorbs sound and provides warmth and comfort underfoot. We’ve added Ultra-Fresh is included in FX3 and in the attached underlayment to inhibit the growth of mold and mildew and the resulting stains and odors.
